What's Happening in
First Grade!
For the second semester, First Grade will be having a lot of fun while learning.
We are getting ready to go on our field trip to see “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” at the Shakespeare Theater.
First Grade will also be putting on a musical program in April called “Bugz”.
In Math, we are learning about place value, developing fact power, geometry and attributes, mental arithmetic, money and fractions.
In Science, we are learning about Day and Night; movement and sound; life cycles; food chains; exploring energy and matter.
